Рост распространенности аллергических заболеваний, многообразие клинических форм, тяжесть проявлений и значительное нарушение качества жизни пациентов определяют значимость проблемы аллергии и поиска ее решений. Целью обзора является анализ преимуществ и возможностей профилактики аллергических заболеваний на современном этапе.</p></sec><sec><title>Содержание</title><p>Содержание. В обзоре представлены актуальные данные, отражающие различные стороны бремени пищевой аллергии и атопического дерматита в детской популяции, анализ клинических рекомендаций, а также результаты современных клинических и фармакоэкономических исследований эффективности нутритивных стратегий в области первичной профилактики аллергии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Анализ результатов многочисленных исследований в области профилактики аллергических заболеваний, их качественная интерпретация и перенос в актуальные клинические рекомендации должны стать основой для решения проблемы эпидемии аллергии и подтверждением золотого правила медицины о том, что профилактика лучше, чем лечение.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The increasing prevalence of allergic diseases, the variety of clinical forms, the severity of manifestations and a significant violation of the quality of life of patients determine the importance of the allergy problem and the search for its solutions. The purpose of the review is to analyze the advantages and possibilities of preventing allergic diseases at the present stage.</p></sec><sec><title>Content</title><p>Content. The review presents current data reflecting various aspects of the burden of food allergies and atopic dermatitis in the pediatric population, an analysis of clinical recommendations, as well as the results of modern clinical and pharmacoeconomical studies of the effectiveness of nutritional strategies in the field of primary allergy prevention.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
