В последние годы отмечается рост числа  подобных реакций у детей  разного  возраста. Зачастую умение распознать симптомы пищевой анафилаксии окружающими больного  ребенка людьми — залог спасенной жизни.  В данной  статье  на основе  современных данных по эпидемиологии, этиологии и патогенезу пищевой анафилаксии рассматриваются проблемы, которые имеются в настоящее время  в диагностике и лечении детей  с пищевой анафилаксией, предлагаются пути к их решению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Food anaphylaxis is a severe life-threatening reaction  to food.  In recent years, there has been an increase  in the number  of such reactions.  The ability to recognize  the symptoms of food  anaphylaxis surrounding a sick person by people is the key to a saved  life.  This article on the basis of modern  data  on epidemiology, etiology  and pathogenesis of food  anaphylaxis discusses the problems  that  are currently in the diagnosis  and  treatment of children  with  food  anaphylaxis, suggests  ways  to solve them.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пищевая анафилаксия</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>продукты</kwd><kwd>жизнеугрожающие реакции</kwd><kwd>адреналин</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>food anaphylaxis</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>products</kwd><kwd>life-threatening reactions</kwd><kwd>adrenaline</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Johansson S.G., et al.
